I am on hold with a not-so-informed AG rep. She says that Molly's birthday crown (MBO/CRO), tap shoes, and red hair ribbons are not available as replacement items. I find this hard to believe as all of these are currently being sold. Any search tips or product codes would be greatly appreciated. I am going to constantly hit refresh so I hopefull won't have to place another order.

Man, she is also giving me garbage about using the free shipping code over the phone. Hello! I can't order replacement parts online. I would if I could. We will see how this goes.

Are you talking with Customer Service or one of the "order takers" who answers the phone? That makes a difference.

I just got an actual CS rep. I thought I was before. We are progressing...slowly.

I am frustrated and shaking. To prevent any AG related deaths I am walking away from the computer after this post. I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone with AG. I gave my long and lengthy order to an order taker who got confused and sent me to customer service. I just went through the same process only to have her tell me I cannot use the free shipping code over the phone. I have to place my order online, then immediately call CS so they can "hopefully" add my replacement parts to the order. This sounds like a case of undertrained staff seasonal staff. She wouldn't even TRY to add the catalog code! She kept insisting there wasn't one to add. I even clicked through the email and was starring right at the code. I am going to take a deep breath and try later today. I have a personal shopper; I think I will call her. Does anyone know if I order through a PS, do I have to pay Chicago sales tax? That is one of the main reasons I didn't just call her in the first place. Thank you ladies for all your help.
FYI-the suggested code for Molly's red ribbons was incorrect, but I appreciate your effort. Molly's birthday crown is MBO/03 NOT MBO/CRO as listed on AG Playthings. AGPT-your code list saved my life today. Thank you.

You don't have to pay Chicago sales tax if your order is being shipped out-of-state; that much I know.
But I don't know if that applies if you live in one of the states where you pay sales tax (Like New York or California, for example.)
Hope this helps!

Oh, how frustrating! I know you can get Molly's Birthday crown because I have ordered that very piece myself. I also have done it using a code--via phone. They should also be able to look up the replacement parts as the codes are not exactly common knowledge. It sounds like the people you've been talking to are uninformed and untrained.
